Before each wedding Justin and I pray in the car for our couple. We pray for them, their families, and for Justin and I to capture our couple's celebration through kindness, excellence, and creativity. Working together photographing weddings is one of the most rewarding parts of our lives. The friendships and experiences we create last far beyond the wedding day.

why full day photography?
You might not realize the importance of full day wedding photography. We didn't either. When my husband and I got married we booked a 4-hour package and ended up not getting any pictures of getting ready or first dances.
Even though we loved the pictures, we were disappointed that no one captured those other moments. That's the difference. We want to capture YOUR day, the moments big and small, the unplanned first looks with a parent, the tears from grandpa during speeches, first dances, we want to tell your LOVE STORY.

While many photographers work alone or with an assistant, we work as a seamless team, ensuring our couples receive both exceptional photography and exceptional support from start to finish.
Shania does far more than second shoot. She has comforted countless brides, calmed pre-ceremony nerves, helped with timeline planning and preparation, organized family members for group photos, assisted with posing, fluffed dresses, fixed veils, and somehow always has the bobby pin or emergency item that's needed at exactly the right moment. Her presence allows couples to feel supported, relaxed, and fully present on their wedding day.
Justin brings more than a decade of wedding photography experience and specializes in creating a laid-back, enjoyable atmosphere during portraits. Even couples who feel awkward in front of a camera quickly become comfortable. His focus is always on authentic moments rather than forced poses, with candid storytelling at the heart of every wedding he photographs.

Do you offer unlimited downloads when I receive my gallery
We do not charge extra for downloads. You get unlimited downloads and sharing options with your gallery. We want you to share your photos freely with whoever you choose because that's what we would want.
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
We always tell our wedding clients they can expect their full gallery between 4-6 weeks from wedding date
Can I order prints or albums through you?
Yes! Once you receive your gallery there is a online shop that you can purchase any pictures and transform them into wall art or albums
Do you provide sneak peeks?
Yes! If you would like a preview, please let us know in advance and within 3-5 days of your wedding date we will provide timeless black & white sneak peeks for you to share with friends & family.
Do you provide the RAW images?
No, we do not. When you receive your gallery, all your images will be fully edited to the style and brand that you see associated with Oleson Photography. Elevated true to life colors.
How far advance should we book?
Anywhere from 6-12 months out from your wedding date.
