First Wedding of 2025
Our first wedding of 2025 will always hold a special memory for Justin and I. The bride and groom hired us a year ago. I remember their inquiry came in the same morning Justin and I learned our baby's gender. Now, he’s 4.5 months old! We had never traveled with a baby or taken him to a wedding, so it was all new for us! We couldn’t be fully present for the bride and groom without our family helping watch our little one. We’re very grateful for their support.
When we arrived at the venue we knew flash was going to be our best friend.
The ceremony was set with twinkling lights adorning both the ceiling and archway. All the guests were elegantly dressed in classy midnight black attire, adding a touch of sophistication to the event. The Mother of the bride was incredibly kind and informative, graciously sharing details about the venue and the timeline of the day's events! This bride had the unique experience of three first looks, each one incredibly special and filled with emotional, teary-eyed moments! She shared heartfelt first looks with her dad, best friend, and her grandpa, creating unforgettable memories. The bride and groom also shared a meaningful first touch and exchanged personal letters that revealed their love and anticipation. And. You. Can. Truly. Tell. How excited they were to embark on this journey together! Joy radiated from every tear, smile, and heartfelt expression throughout the day. We’ve witnessed many couples who were happy and anxious to see each other, but this couple was simply over the moon with excitement! They had been eagerly anticipating this momentous day for a long time, and it was so special to witness and to be a part of their beautiful celebration.
We'll remember this wedding for its challenges and new experiences. The venue made us improve as photographers, sparking our creativity and testing our skills. Overall we're really proud of the final images and honored to be chosen to capture Dakota & Jonathan’s wedding day.
